َANN Bangladesh has prevented a rare albino buffalo named “Donald Trump” from being sacrificed during Eid al-Adha after the animal went viral on social media.
The buffalo, famous for its blond tuft of hair, drew massive crowds after videos spread online. Authorities intervened due to security concerns as thousands visited the farm to see the nearly 1,500-pound animal.
Officials later confirmed that the buffalo would be transferred to the national zoo in Dhaka instead of being slaughtered.
The story has become a nationwide sensation in Bangladesh, showing the growing influence of social media on public opinion and official decisions.
